Prices are starting prices in US dollars, before tax. Your quote depends on the audience, survey length, country and channel. Invoices can be issued in local currency.
Respondent incentives, passed through at cost
You choose what each respondent earns, in the currency they are paid in: for example GHS 5 of airtime for a three-minute survey. You prefund a wallet; each payout is reserved when someone completes and returned if it fails or is rejected.
Payouts go through licensed payment partners. SmartSurv tracks your prefunded balance; it does not hold your money.

Pricing questions
What counts as a complete?
A respondent who reached the end of the survey. People screened out by the first questions are not counted as completes, and incentives are only paid for completes that pass the quality checks.
Do I pay for WhatsApp or SMS messages?
Your quote includes an estimate of the messaging cost, based on the expected response rate, at cost. Follow-up questions inside a WhatsApp conversation don’t add to it.
How much should I pay respondents?
It depends on the length and the audience. We will suggest an amount that gets a good response rate without attracting people who only want the money.

Which currencies do you bill in?
Prices are set in US dollars. Invoices can be issued in Ghana cedi, Naira, Kenya shilling or CFA franc at the current rate.
