Open the join page, enter your phone number and a few details about you (gender, age group, region), and agree to take part. That’s it.

When a survey fits you, we send it on WhatsApp, by SMS link or as a call. The first questions check if it’s for you, so you never do a long survey for nothing.

Finish and you are paid right away in airtime or Mobile Money, or into your SmartSurv wallet to cash out when you like.

Honest, regular members move from Bronze to Silver, Gold and Platinum, and earn a bonus of up to 15% on top. Invite friends with your link for a referral bonus.

Your rights
- See it. Your wallet page shows what we hold about you. You can download it as a file.
- Delete it. Reply DELETE, or use your wallet page. We erase your profile; your past answers are kept only without anything that identifies you.
- Stop any time. Reply STOP and you will get no more surveys.
- Privacy first. The companies that pay for surveys see answers and statistics, not your name or phone number.
- Check a receipt. Every finished survey gets a receipt number you can verify online.
If you delete your data while your wallet holds at least the minimum cash-out, we send the balance to you first. Read the privacy policy.

Answer honestly
Read each question. Some questions check that you are paying attention. Rushed or careless answers lower your trust score.
One account per person
Several accounts, shared phones used to cheat or copied answers are detected. Payments can be held, and accounts blocked.
Stay safe
SmartSurv will never ask for your Mobile Money PIN or a password. Only sign in on the real wallet page.
Common questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining and answering is free. Answering on WhatsApp uses a little data; the SMS web form is very small, under 100 KB.
How many surveys will I get?
It depends on who surveys are looking for. Some weeks you may get several, some weeks none. Keep your profile up to date to get the ones that fit you.
Why was I stopped after a few questions?
Some surveys need a certain group of people, for example women aged 18 to 24 in Ashanti. When a group is full or you are not in it, the survey ends before the main part.
Why is my payment on hold?
Sometimes a payment is checked by a person before it is sent. Most checks are cleared quickly. If everything is fine, you are paid.
